Bookings will be accepted as long as the services in question are available. Bookings will be considered as confirmed only after receiving reconfirmation - a contract - either by fax or by mail. The contract means that the clients have accepted the general conditions listed below, mainly those concerning the prices, cancellations and payment conditions.


Bookings will be considered valid only if payment of 50% of the total amount will be received at least 30 days before the arrival of clients. The rest of the payment - the remaining 50% must be received at least 7 days before arrival. PANORAMIC TRAVEL has the right to cancel the bookings in case the payment has not been received within the agreed terms. The possibility of payment could be also agreed with the contract between the client and PANORAMIC TRAVEL.


Our bank information is always cited on every pro-forma or invoice. Otherwise please ask for the bank information by contact phone or e-mail. Payment can be made by a bank transfer or by a bank cheque. Both the receiving side and the sending side cover the bank charges of their banks. In case of payment with credit card the surcharge of 3% for transfer costs will be applied.


The total rooming reservation can be cancelled up to 45 days before the arrival. After the 35th day, the cancellation fees will be as follows: period fee 45 - 22 days 10% of the total amount 21 - 15 days 35% of the total amount 14 - 08 days 50% of the total amount 07 - 03 days 80% of the total amount 02 - 00 days 100% of the total amount The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the maximum expected number of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons in a group is tolerated when it does not exceed 10%. In case of a reduction by more than 10% or in case of no- show, the above - given cancellation fees apply. In case of arranging the trip less than 45 days before arrival, cancellation policy will be agreed every time.


Rooms can be provided with bath or with shower. Rooms and ship cabins are not necessary the same size and style for the whole group. When requested hotel is not available, agency should provide the alternative hotel of same or higher quality, in same or alternative city.


Some attractions may be closed during national holidays, due to bad weather conditions or other force major. In that case agency will provide the alternative visit in cooperation with client. When group is travelling by bus, sometimes it cannot be stopped just in front of the place of visit, so there is a possibility the group might have a short walk.


A preliminary rooming list is required 35 days before the arrival. A final rooming list is required 14 days before the arrival.


Any claim has to be communicated to our agency during the stay or within a maximum of 7 days after end of arrangement with the agency. No claim will be accepted afterwards. All claims should be sent in written form to the agency.


Negotiation is considered a general method of solving problems or discrepancies concerning the fulfilment of the contract. In case that the results of such negotiations are not found satisfactory by either of the parties, courts in the Slovenia are considered the courts of appeal and arbitration.


For some bookings, special conditions can be negotiated. In that case, the special conditions replace these general conditions. Groups will operate only when minimum 20 people are confirmed. Otherwise the offer, realisation and rates are on request. When rates on the market increase substantially (fuel, hotels etc) the agency has the right to change the rates published.
