DAY 1 VIENNA AIRPORT – VIENNA

After arrival to Vienna airport, transfer to hotel in Vienna and check-in. Later on we will meet with an English speaking local guide, who will take us for the sightseeing of Vienna, the city of magnificent palaces, castles and cathedrals.We will see the lavish Hofburg Palace, the impressive Vienna Opera House, the majestic Ring Boulevard, and awe-inspiring St. Stephen’s Cathedral, to name just a few of the sights we will enjoy during the tour. Later you can enjoy free time at leisure to shop along the fashionable Karntnerstrasse. Overnight in Vienna.

DAY 2 VIENNA – SALZBURG

Morning transfer to Salzburg. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Salzburg old town, a city of astonishing beauty. The breathtaking sight of the Baroque spires of the old town, overlooked by the Festung Hohensalzburg, is quite unforgettable. It is no surprise that UNESCO has named the old town one of its World Cultural Heritage Sites. Salzburg is the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and his influence can be seen everywhere. DAY 3 SALZBURG – INNSBRUCK – WATTENS – INNSBRUCK

After breakfast, transfer to Innsbruck, the city that lies at the very heart of the Austrian Alps. An absolute “must” on every visit to the city is a gondola ride up Seegrupe (2000m) from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Inn valley and the surrounding mountains. In afternoon we will visit Swarovski crystal worlds in Wattens and experience the phenomenon of crystal realized by the Austrian family enterprise Swarovski. Overnight in Innsbruck.

DAY 4 INNSBRUCK – KLAGENFURT – BLED

In the morning transfer to Klagenfurt known as the ‘Rose of Lake Woerthersee and its historic core is one of the most beautiful in Austria. In afternoon we will visit Panoramic Tower Pyramidenkogel and enjoy in breathtaking view of beautiful lake blessed with a sunny southern Alpine climate and stunning scenery. Afterwards we will visit Minimundus, an open air exhibition of the models of world famous buildings. Overnight in Bled.

DAY 5 BLED – LJUBLJANA

After breakfast start with sightseeing of Bled, known as the pearl of the Alps. Traditional pletna boat will take us to Bled island and back for visit of St. Mary’s Church. Later on we will visit Bled Castle standing on a precipitous cliff above the lake to experience an unforgetable panoramic view of Bled. In afternoon we will drive to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia for half-day visit of the picturesque Old town including Cathedral of St. Nicholas, Prešeren square, Triple Bridge, Market designed by the architect Jože Plečnik, Baroque town hall and the Dragon Bridge. We will continue the sightseeing with a funicular ride to the medieval Ljubljana castle. Overnight in Ljubljana.

DAY 6 LJUBLJANA – POSTOJNA – PIRAN – PORTOROŽ

In the morning transfer to Postojna to visit Postojna cave. First we will take an electrical train and afterwards a guided walking tour of the cave. Inside the cave we will enjoy the sights of stalactites and stalagmites as well as a museum that features Proteus (also called “human fish”). After sightseeing we will drive to Piran, most beautiful coastal town in Slovenia. Narrow streets and compact houses give the town its special charm. We will visit the church which towers above the town and offers splendid views across the Bay of Trieste to the Julian Alps and the Dolomites. Overnight in Portorož.

DAY 7 PORTOROŽ – VENICE

A full day excursion to Venice. Upon arrival, we will meet a local guide who will escort us on our city tour, including a boat visit to the Islands Murano and Burano. Feel the magic of the historical city center of Venice, stroll along the Rialto Bridge and come admire Saint Mark’s Square. This romantic city is a labyrinth of waterways, walkways, small squares and narrow streets. Museums and public buildings offer a glimpse of the rich Venetian history, architectural wonders abound, quaint cafes line the walkways and shopping opportunities are endless. Overnight in Venice.

DAY 8 VENICE – VENICE AIRPORT

Morning transfer to Venice airport for a return flight.
